As part of this agreement, I accept the following terms and conditions:
 Use of Club facilities is on a non-exclusive basis only.
 Guests will use only those facilities that have been rented by this agreement.
 Guests will adhere to all Club and pool policies and rules.
 Alcoholic beverages will be denied to anyone who is visibly intoxicated or under the age of 21.
 Any clean-up will be done prior to leaving the Club.
Further,
The undersigned understands and agrees that he or she, or the organization that he or she represents,
(collectively, the “Renter”) assumes all risks for loss, damage, liability, injury, cost or expense that may occur
during or as a result of the use of the Club and shall be responsible for the total cost of repair and/or
replacement for all actual loss or damage to the Club or its contents including damage sustained to the grounds,
building, furniture and equipment.
In consideration of permission to use the Club, the Renter hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Club, its
members, managers, officers, agents, employees, and contractors from any and all loss, claims, liability or
damages (including actual attorneys’ fees), and/or injuries to persons or property that in any way may be caused
by, arises from or is a result of the Renter’s use or occupancy of the Club, or the use or consummation of
alcoholic beverages by the Renter and his, her or its guests while using or occupying the Club.

Pool Party Policy
Small Groups (1-6): Members may bring up to 6 guests to use the pool during regular pool hours
by simply registering their guests at the check-in desk upon arrival and paying (or charging to
their account) the $6/per person guest fee.
Larger Groups (7+): Members wishing to host more than 6 guests must complete and submit a
Pool Party Request Form at least one week prior to the event.
Use of the pool and pool deck for private parties does not include use of the Clubhouse.
A separate agreement and rental fee applies to all Clubhouse rentals.
Private Parties held during regular pool hours are subject to the approval of the Club Manager
and must conform to the following rules:
Use of the pool/pool area is on a non-exclusive basis only.
Length of the party must be established at the time of reservation
Two-hour children’s parties carry a fee of $4.00 per non-member guest.
Parties longer than two hours will be charged the regular $6.00 guest fee.
All children who are not completely toilet-trained MUST wear a swim diaper and plastic pants with
elasticized legs and waist. Be sure and alert all guests as this will be strictly enforced.
No more than 15 non-member guests may be invited to a party held during regular pool hours.
More than 7 guests are considered a party.
There must be at least one adult present for every five children. All children must be carefully
supervised both in the pool and surrounding areas.
If, at the discretion of the Club Manager, additional lifeguards are required to accommodate
parties and guests, a fee of $12 per lifeguard per hour will be charged.
The member is responsible for clean-up immediately following the party.
A deposit check of $100 will be required for parties exceeding two hours. Your check will be
returned when the manager determines that there are no expenses to cover.
Private Parties held outside of regular pool hours must adhere to all pool rules and guest
policies, plus the following:
No pool parties are permitted after normal operating hours at night. Pre-opening parties are
welcomed.
Lifeguards must be scheduled, one for every 20 guests, at the minimum rate of
$15/hour/lifeguard. These fees are paid to SVC.
