Interviewer: Today we’re talking to Tina Hopkins, who
works at Framley’s Circus. Tina, when did
you start working here?
Tina:
About three years ago. I hated my office
job, so I decided to leave and start
something new.
Interviewer: Do you like your job?
Tina:
Yes, I love it. I meet new people every day
and everybody is happy to see me.
Interviewer: How did you become a performer?
Tina:
Well, first I went to circus school …
Interviewer: Circus school? Really?
Tina:
Oh, yes. I learned circus tricks. I can
dance, ride a horse and even sing. After
six months I knew I wanted to be a clown.
Interviewer: How long did you stay at circus school?
Tina:
Two years.
Interviewer: And how did you get your job at
Framley’s?
Tina:
I put my information on the internet and
Framley’s saw it. They gave me a job as a
clown.
Interviewer: Finally, Tina, what do you like about the
circus?
Tina:
I like circus people – and I love travelling
around.
