Keynote Speaker Ken Bleile PhD, CCC-SLP Ken Bleile is a professor at the University of Northern Iowa. He received his master’s degree from the University of Oregon, and completed his doctoral work at the University of Iowa and a two year postdoctoral fellowship at John Hopkins School of Medicine. Bleile is an ASHA Fellow, and has twice served as Associate Editor of the American Journal of SpeechLanguage Pathology. He is a recipient of the State of Iowa’s Regent’s Scholar Award, is the former Chair of ASHA’s International Issues Board, served as the SLP Chair of the 2003 ASHA National Conference, and is a recipient of ASHA’s Multicultural Board’s Diversity Champion Award.
