SPARK proudly presents the Leadership Seminar Series.
We will invite leaders from business, academic and technical
field to share their insights and personal experiences to our
community.
To kick-off the series, Mr. Tom Mehrmann, Chief Executive,
Ocean Park will share his secrets on how to be a successful
leader of a highly motivated team that brings joy and
happiness to their customers.
He will also illustrate the 10 innate qualities of a successful
leader. So, if you want to know if you have got what it takes
to succeed, come and join us to see how many of these 10

About the speaker
Mr. Tom Mehrmann
Mr. Tom MEHRMANN is the Chief
Executive of the Ocean Park
Corporation. He began his tenure with
Ocean Park in 2004. Mr. Mehrmann
started his career in the theme park
industry in 1977 as a park attendant at
Knott's Berry Farm, working his way up
to the position of Vice President of Park
Operations and Entertainment in 1996.
Prior to coming to Hong Kong, he joined
Six Flags Marine World as Vice President
and General Manager in 1998, and was
appointed VP and GM of Warner Bros.
