Give as you Live™ will go live the first week of December
2010. In order to be ready for our live date, your organisation
must have completed the first four steps as soon as possible.
Steps five and six will be implemented post launch.

All materials provided will drive your donors to your branded
webpage. This is the page where your donors will be able to
download your branded App. Once your donors have visited
your website they are seconds away from being able to raise
funds for your cause with every pound they spend online.
Each month at a scheduled time, you will be sent the Give as
you Live™ funds your supporters have raised on your behalf.
To access your total raised at any time, just log into the
secure Everyclick Admin System, www.everyclickadmin.com.

Step 1 – Your webpage
Following the steps below, download your branded version of the
Give as you Live™ information webpage and then upload it to
your existing website. We recommend creating a new page titled:

Please Note:
All of the Give as you Live™ promotional activity will send
your supporters to this page to download their App.
Therefore, this page must be included in your website.

Step 2 – Your buttons
The Give as you Live™ buttons need to be placed around your
website (on your homepage, on all thank you pages, on
emails, e-newsletters, and on all fundraising pages) to direct
people to your Give as you Live™ information page. Please note,
there are both HTML and plain text versions available.

We have created Give as you Live™ messages that can be added to your thank you communications. When these messages are
added to the thank you pages of your website, your donors will be encouraged to raise funds for your cause every day, at no cost to
them.

When your organisation adds the Give as you Live™ message to your standard email signature, every email sent becomes an
opportunity to share Give as you Live™. Simply update the text to reflect your cause name and your Give as you Live™ webpage,
which you set up in Step 1.

Step 5 – Sharing Give as you Live™ with your supporters
Once you have downloaded and implemented your webpage,
buttons, thank you messages and email signatures your
donors will be able to download your branded App.
We can support you in sharing Give as you Live™ with your
donors through a number of tools. The key to achieving a high
rate of support is to share Give as you Live™ often. Using all
of the tools provided on a regular basis, sharing the success
of the total funds raised, and updating your Give as you
Live™ donors on how these special funds are spent will
increase your response rate.

organisation’s latest accomplishments and ambitions, creating an
even more compelling case for donors to Give as you Live™.

Step 5e – Social media messages
Social media is a great tool for talking to your donors directly
about Give as you Live™. Using tools including Facebook,
Twitter™ and YouTube™ you can share Give as you Live™ in
real time, answering questions and recognising donors who
are participating. To start sharing Give as you Live™ through
social media, there are five easy steps to follow:

 Nominate someone to oversee social media activity.

During relevant times of the year, our team will send you
