Dear Mr. Aljabiry:
This letter serves as notification to Caltrans and the FHWA of SBCAG’s 2013 FTIP
Administrative Amendment #3. Pursuant to the authority delegated by Caltrans, minor
modifications to the 2013 FTIP will normally be handled as Administrative Amendments
and may be approved at the discretion of the SBCAG Executive Director. I have given my
approval to this amendment that makes the following changes to the projects described
below which is consistent with the requirements in 23 CFR 450:

Hwy 101 6 Lane Widening Carp to Sycamore Creek – (MPO ID: CT20): IIP funding
moved from Construction Phase to Engineering phase. There is no change in the amount
or Fiscal Year of the funds.
The 2013 FTIP remains financially constrained.
