


For Tenet/Conifer employed staff requesting Tenet ID’s please contact your facility HR
department.
For Non Tenet employed access (Physician and Office staff, Outside agencies, Temp
Agencies, Outside Auditors, Students, 3rd Party Vendors, etc.) contact the Carondelet
sponsor approving your access. See chart below for sponsors:
Once you have a Tenet ID number provided by the sponsor then you can register
yourself on www.etenet.com as a new user and receive your Tenet username and
password.
