Titles


Proper case
Apply the “Cover Course Main Title” style
Bulleted Items



Use bullets if more than a single item
Use when order is NOT important
Use Shift + Enter to create new lines
within the current bullet item
Begin each item in a list with a word of the
same grammatical type. Eg. First item begins
with a verb, all items must begin with a verb
Do not use periods after items in a bulleted list
unless they are complete sentences


Numbered Items



Example
Use when order is important, such as
procedural steps where items have to occur in
a particular sequence.
Use Shift + Enter to create new lines
within the current numbered item
Use proper punctuation
Word – Level 1
 Delete unwanted emails.
 Archive important emails.
 Save attachments to the network.
 Remove attached files that are saved.
 Link attachments, wherever possible.

1. Open email that contains the attached file that is to be removed.
2. Right-click on the attached file.
A shortcut menu appears.
3. Select Remove.
4. Close the email message.
An alert dialog box appears prompting to save the file.
5. Click Yes.
