To Use the Catalog
You don’t need to login to search on the catalog.
1. Go to https://swampscott.follettdestiny.com from any computer.
2. Click on Hadley School.
3. At the top, click on the Catalog tab.
4. You can search our collection by title, author, keyword, or series. You can even narrow your search by reading level
and interest level.
To Use Webpath Express
Students need help finding age-appropriate, credible online resources for research and Webpath Express provides teachers,
parents and students with thousands of high-quality educator reviewed websites for kids.
1. To use Webpath Express, at the top, go to the catalog tab.
2. In the bar on the left, click Webpath Express.
3. You can browse by subject or to do a search. To do a search, enter a search term in the find field, and click search.
4. Your results will come up. When you find the resource you want, click the link. The program not only provides the
link, but also a summary, the reading level, and the grade level. If you want to see what related titles we have in the
library, click the titles tab on the top right and websites to get back.
5. You can also refine your search by making selections at the top, and clicking get results.
To View Teacher Resource Lists
Teachers may create a list of titles or websites for students and parents to use for a specific classroom project. For example,
teachers may create a recommended resource list for students to use for the first grade penguin project.
1. At the top, select catalog.
2. In the bar on the left, select resource lists.
3. In the right hand corner under the login tab, click on the tab that says “public lists.”
4. Find the resource list you are looking for and click “view.”
