Program enrollment eligibility: ISU Students / Staff / Faculty. ISU Students must submit proof of student status. “Post-Doc”
positions are considered by ISU to be an ISU employee position and are not eligible for fees in columns A & B. Visiting
scholars are considered to be community members.
To be eligible for the fees in columns A & B: parents must be ISU student families living in SUV or Full-Time Undergraduate
or Grad Students AND income eligible.
Monthly fees based on: ISU Student / Staff / Faculty status; family income; family size; space reserved for each child.
Staff & space provided whether or not children attend UCC as scheduled, so fees remain the same each month.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Operates: ISU Fall & Spring Semesters Only: 9/6/16 – 12/16/16 and 1/3/17 – TBA (approximately 5/26/17). Closed for the
ISU Spring Break and designated ISU office holidays.
Age Group: This fee scale is for children 2 ½ - 5 years old enrolled in the Cheerful Cheetahs preschool room. Limited space
for children under 3 years old.
Deposit: At the time of enrollment each family is required to pay a fee deposit equal to ½ of one monthly payment.
Families must give written notice to UCC 30 days prior to child’s last day at the Center for fee deposit to be refunded. If 30
day notice is given, the fee deposit will be sent by check in the mail, after the final fee payment is made.
Enrollment Fee: A non-refundable enrollment fee of $75 is required when child is first enrolled.
Contracts: Each ISU semester, parents contract for a set schedule each week. Fees will be charged according to contract
schedule, as detailed above (under ‘operates’). Schedules may not be changed after the first 2 weeks of each semester.
Students must present proof of ISU full-time student status each semester.
Rate Increases: Minimum of 30 day notice will be given by the Center prior to any rate increases.
Fee Payment: Fees will be collected before childcare services are provided. Bills will be distributed during the first week of
the month and payment is due the first week of each month. Fall semester: 4 equal monthly payments (Sept – Dec); Spring
semester: 5 equal monthly payments (Jan-May). Parents will be asked to withdraw child from UCC if fees are not paid by
the due date of each month. If a check is returned unpaid, parents are responsible for all returned check fees incurred by
UCC.
