Eze-Lap is the brand, from USA, of these fantastic
knife and tool sharpeners. Developed in the early
1970’s, Eze-Lap is the world leader, having a
patented process to bond high quality industrial
grade diamond particles in a stainless alloy onto
a metal substrate. Eze-Lap quickly hones an edge
on even the most difficult to sharpen stainless
steel knives and tools, leaving them sharp enough
to shave with. Diamond sharpeners do not need

The Paul Mitchell diamond sharpener is well known
around the world. It is equally of use in the home
for all sharpening jobs, and on the farm for knives
and blades of all sorts. This sharpener is dualended. The fine-pointed end tapers from 6mm to
1mm diameter. The broad end is oval shaped, with
sharpening surface all over, from 15mm to 10mm
width. The fine-tapered end files the smallest of
loops perfectly, and the broad end sharpens longer
surfaces. Use a petroleum-based liquid lubricant
(dip in kerosene) when using the sharpener, to keep
it unclogged. Length 27cm o.a.
