x Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms (ATF): Lisa Green
Lisa Green started her law enforcement career in 1986 when she joined the Air Force Reserves as a Law
Enforcement Specialist, now called Security Forces. In 1998 she took a job with ATF and has worked in Los
Angeles, Phoenix, AZ, Washington DC & Virginia, and then Atlanta before becoming the supervisor in Oxford.
x Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA, U.S. Dept. of Justice): Landon Davis
Landon Todd Davis is a Special Agent with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), assigned to the Oxford
Mississippi Resident Office. Agent Davis began his career with the DEA in 2004, and upon the completion of
training in Quantico, VA, was assigned to the Laredo (TX) District Office along the Mexican border. While in
Laredo, Agent Davis was a charter member of the first Border Enforcement Security Task Force (BEST) and the
High-Risk Entry and Apprehension Team (HEAT). Prior to joining DEA, Agent Davis worked as an admissions
counselor at Laurel Ride Hospital, a psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment center in San Antonio,
Texas. Agent Davis has undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ole Miss, and currently resides in Oxford,
MS, with his wife and two daughters.
x Department of State: Mr. Hugh Williams
x Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI): Erica Parker
Erica Parker has been employed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation for the past 16 years and has held her
current position of Administrative Specialist-Human Resources for 7 years. She is also one of two Recruiters for
the Jackson Division covering the entire State of Mississippi. As such, she is able to and enjoys traveling the
state and meeting a diverse group of individuals with much to offer the FBI. She is married and has two
children; a college sophomore and a high school freshman. She enjoys singing and teaching Zumba.
x Mississippi State Personnel Board: Deanne Mosley
Deanne Mosley was appointed Executive Director of the Mississippi State Personnel Board in January 2012. The
Mississippi State Personnel Board serves more than 30,000 public employees and 130 state agencies, boards,
and commissions. It provides human resource policy and oversight for state government and administers the
Personal Service Contract Review Board and the Employee Appeals Board.
Prior to returning to public service in 2009 as MSPB Chief of Staff, Deanne was in private practice and had
previously served as Special Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Attorney General’s Consumer
Protection Division. While with the Attorney General’s Office, she served as in-house counsel for the
Mississippi State Personnel Board, the Department of Education, and the Department of Finance and
Administration. Deanne received a Bachelor of Public Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University
of Mississippi. While at Ole Miss, she was named a Chancellor’s Scholar, selected as Class Marshal for her law
school class, and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Omicron Delta Kappa.
x U.S. Army Corps of Engineers: Dustin Herr
Dustin attended Ole Miss from 2004 to 2009 and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering. After graduation, he
accepted a job with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District Office. He has worked as a levee
designer and projects engineer since beginning his employment in May of 09. When he’s not working he likes
to ride his motorcycle, collect antique weaponry, and participate in Civil War era living history programs.
x U. S. Marshalls: Jamaal Thompson
Jamaal Thompson, graduated from ole miss in 2004 with BS in criminal justice w/ minor in English, worked as
police officer for a year, was assigned to narcotics task force for a year, Mississippi Highway Patrolman for 3 ½
years, and Deputy Marshal 2 ½ years.
x U. S. Secret Service: Clayton Slay
Clay is a Native of Pearl, Mississippi and attended Millsaps College in Jackson, Mississippi for one year before
joining the Mississippi Army National Guard and transferring to the University of Mississippi. After graduating
from Ole Miss with a Bachelor of Public Administration in 1992 he was employed by the Clinton, Mississippi
Police Department until being hired by the U.S. Secret Service in 1995. He served as a special agent assigned to
the Jackson, Mississippi Resident Office for four years and was transferred to the Protective Intelligence
Division at Secret Service Headquarters in Washington, DC where he served until 2002. Clay then transferred
to the Presidential Protective Division where he served from 2002 –2009. During that time period he served as
a special agent on the newly appointed Secretary of Homeland Security’s detail in the counter surveillance unit,
operations section and conducted numerous domestic and foreign advances. Clay was later promoted to the
position of Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge in 2007, and served as one of four shift leaders on the
Presidential Protective Detail. He was then transferred to the Montgomery, AL Resident Office and served as
the Resident Agent in Charge since 2009. Clay also served a total of seven years in the Mississippi National
Guard as a Military Police Officer until being hired by the Secret Service.
