Scylla is a six-headed monster that swallows a one person

As the ship travels past Charybdis, Scylla then eats six of
Odysseus’ sailors
Island of Helios
●
Odysseus now approaches the Island of Helios
●
Wants to avoid it but Eurylochus persuades him to stop
●
A large storm hits and keeps his crew on the island for a
month
●
Soon they run out of food and decide to kill and eat the cattle
on the island
●
Helios finds out and then asks of Zeus to punish Odysseus’
crew
End of the Journey
●
Once the crew leaves the Island of Helios, Zeus starts a
storm
●
The storm ends up killing all of Odysseus’ crew except
Odysseus himself
●
He then floats back to Charybdis, where he hardly survives
●
Finally, he floats to the Island of Calypso where he is
retelling his story
