2017 - REAL SMART CLASS SCHEDULES
The following schedule is for Real Estate and Mortgage Broker students. There
are Morning Classes , Evening Classes, or Blended (class & online)
We open the classroom doors 30 minutes early every class with your Instructor
there ready to help you with your assignments, math, law or any part of the course
throughout the entire course complimentary. We are available to help you
before/after class, weekends and anytime by email too.
Day Class - is great for those that have the time or prefer to learn in the morning
and are ready, able and willing to work at a little faster pace to get the course
completed quicker. 3 mornings a week for 5 Weeks. 9:00am - noon
Evening Class - is great for people working during the day or those that want the
course to go at a little slower pace as the course is over a couple more weeks as
compared to the day class. 2 Evenings per week for 7 weeks.
Online Course – 24/7 access to the online course with every lesson of math, law,
quizzes, reviews, timed mock exams, workbook and full support.
Blended - is a great way to learn if you can’t make it to a class or you would like
to work at your own pace – faster or slower. Add the online to your classroom for
½ price and get the best of both worlds! You will have a 4 month access. Fantastic
study tool. You choose Day or Evening or Private.
Learn LIVE Online with Sandy – This is private instruction going at your pace.
Never leave home and be brought to Sandy’s desktop to be taught the entire course
and you receive the Online Course for 4 months for Free!
Hourly - Maybe you just need a couple of hours of help, no problem.

 You can start in on the law any Tue or Thur between the times listed above, there is no

 Math classes do not permit continual entry. You must start on the specified date as

This is the normal full course teaching you every chapter of law first, then every lesson of
math, quizzes, reviews, finals, exam prep and Final Review. Mock Exam and answer key
showing all the math solutions.
Continual Entry? How does it work?
Continual entry is designed for the learner that wants or needs to start on a certain date. It allows
flexibility for those who only feel they need to learn just the law or just the math. But still
provided those students the complete course from start to finish.
Law is set out over 8 classes. Each class is 3 hours long. Using our well designed PowerPoint
presentation, you can sit back watch, learn and participate in the class. You will be provided our
Real Smart Workbook that has every chapter of law, math, quizzes and more condensed to the
most important information. Now you can follow along while your very experience instructor
describes each chapter of law and math in detail and simple! Network with others, help study
together. Come in 30 minutes early each class and seek help on your Assignment questions,
math, anything you need, this is all included in the Complete course.
Math is set out over 6 classes. Each class is 3 hours long. We have broken down the math into
lessons and have designed our exclusive math system that is incredibly easy and fun to learn.
Each class you will be taught the lessons using our PowerPoint presentation so you can see the
formulas being built professionally right there, then take time to practise what you learned and
ask questions. Typically there is a review of each lesson learned.
What if you start part way through the law?
So let say for example you started on Chapter #5 and continued on until the end of the law,
chapters. You would then start the math session if you are taking both, then when that ends, the
law starts up again and you attend the class/es that cover the first 4 law chapters. Now you can
completed the entire course.
Can I start part way through the Math?
Everyone will start as a group on a specific date and end on a specific date, having being taught
all the math, we pull out the math from a few law chapters too! Then you can start the Law on
the next session or the date you choose.
The math builds upon itself each day, so it’s imperative you start day one and don’t miss any
days, or sign up for the Online course and get 50% off so you can repeat and learn all lessons of
math, law, mock exams and more

Why is the cost higher for the Vancouver Location that Surrey?
Vancouver is Continual Entry and provides a 1 year pass to attend any class free of charge.
Vancouver is a higher rent and so on.
Can I just take the Law?
Yes, you can, if you feel that is all you need to pass. Just check the dates on the Course
Schedule for Vancouver only.
Can I just take the Math?
Yes, you can, if you feel that is all you need to pass. Just check the dates on the Course
Schedule for Vancouver only.
Can I the full course from start to finish in order?
Yes, just check the dates on the Course Schedule for Vancouver or Surrey.
What if I miss classes?
NO PROBLEM. With the Continual Entry, you have a 1 year Flex Pass. This means you
can come back into class as many classes as you like within that 1 year at the Vancouver
location only.
What happens if I fail the ubc exam? If you have registered for the Complete Course,
You have 1 year from the start of your initial real smart class to join the Vancouver (only)
classes for Free using your Flex Pass. After which time, there will be a 50% fee on current
pricing.
If you registered for Just Math or Just Law separately and fail the UBC exam, then you are
welcome back to Just Math or Just Law again for 50% current fee or a 25% discount to take
the entire course.
