SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY STRAIGHT WHEAT WHISKEY 0.5 OZ. PEAR LIQUEUR 0.5 OZ. CARPANO BIANCO VERMOUTH Add ingredients to mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Release the oils of a lemon peel over the cocktail as a garnish. Discard the lemon peel. Add ingredients to mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No Garnish. FARMER COLLINS NUTTY PROFESSOR • • • • 2 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY GIN 1 OZ. FRESH LEMON JUICE 0.5 OZ. SIMPLE SYRUP SODA WATER Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into highball or Collins glass filled with ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with your favorite fresh herb. (We love rosemary, sage, o r mint.) Barrel Gin • • • • • Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with Angostura bitters. MONTE CARLO • BARREL GIN BEES KNEES • • • 2 OZ SPIRIT WORK DISTILLERY BARREL GIN 0.75 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE 0.5 OZ HONEY SYRUP (1 PART HONEY: 1 PART WATER) Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig. 1.5 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY STRAIGHT WHEAT WHISKEY 1 OZ. LEMON JUICE 0.5 OZ. WALNUT LIQUEUR 0.5 OZ. SIMPLE SYRUP 1 EGG WHITE (OPTIONAL) • • • 2 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY 0.25 OZ. SIMPLE SYRUP 0.25 OZ. BENEDICTINE 3 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice until cold. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon twist. GOLD RUSH BARREL GIN OLD FASHIONED • • • 2 OZ SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY BARREL GIN 2-3 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS 1 TSP. SIMPLE SYRUP Place simple syrup, bitters, and Barrel Gin in rocks glass. Add ice and stir until cold. Top with ice if needed. Garnish with orange peel. • • • 2 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY 0.5 OZ. LEMON JUICE 0.5 OZ. HONEY SYRUP Combine ingredients in cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass over ice. (Optional: Garnish with freshly grated cinnamon or nutmeg for some added spice.) Gin & Sloe Gin NEGRONI • • • 1 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY GIN 1 OZ. CAMPARI 1 OZ. SWEET VERMOUTH Add all ingredients to a rocks glass. Add ice and stir briefly. Garnish with an orange twist. SLOE GIN SPRITZER • • 2 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY SLOE GIN SODA (Your Choice – Examples: sparkling lemonade, sparkling grapefruit soda, ginger beer, ginger ale, soda water) Pour sloe gin into glass and fill with ice. Top with your favorite soda. Garnish with appropriate citrus wedge or twist. SLOE RIDER • • • 2 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY STRAIGHT RYE WHISKEY 1 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY SLOE GIN 2-3 DASHES ANGOSTURA BITTERS Combine ingredients in mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until very cold and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry. SAVAGE THORN • • • • 1 OZ. SPIRIT WORKS DISTILLERY SLOE GIN 1 OZ. BLANCO TEQUILA 0.75 OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE 0.5 OZ. AGAVE NECTAR Combine sloe gin, tequila, lime juice, and agave nectar into cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain over ice.
