Add ingredients to mixing glass and fill
with ice. Stir until very cold and strain
into a chilled cocktail glass. Release the
oils of a lemon peel over the cocktail as a
garnish. Discard the lemon peel.

SODA WATER
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple
syrup into cocktail shaker and fill with ice.
Shake and strain into highball or Collins
glass filled with ice, and top with soda
water. Garnish with your favorite fresh
herb. (We love rosemary, sage, o r mint.)

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker
filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a
cocktail glass. Garnish with rosemary sprig.
