What is the Rasmussen College Online Bookstore?
The Rasmussen College Online Bookstore is the
website that students visit to purchase additional
printed materials to supplement their digital content.
Students may also visit this site to purchase additional
physical materials, such as scrubs. Rasmussen
College’s partner, Ambassador, operates the Online
Bookstore and offers students discounted options for
printed materials, such as physical textbooks (new and
used). You can access the Online Bookstore by visiting
www.rasmussenbookstoreonline.com.
How do I contact Customer Service?
To connect with a Customer Service representative
regarding your purchase from the Online Bookstore,
email Ambassador Customer Service at

(800) 431-8913. Please note that a representative will
respond to your request within 24 business hours.
What information do I need to place an order?
You will need your Student ID and/or email address.
You will also need your confirmed course schedule
handy to identify your course ID when choosing your
materials for purchase.
When may I place my order?
Typically the Online Bookstore will start accepting
orders 3-4 weeks prior to the start date of class. If you
are unable to locate your course(s) within 2 weeks of
the start date, please contact your student advisor for
more information.
What payment options do I have?
Purchases may be made by most major credit cards.
eTextbooks are included in your tuition and course
resources fee, and are paid by the College.

Can I use financial aid to purchase print materials?
Please consult your Rasmussen College Financial
Services advisor to discuss options that might be
available to you.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Depending on the shipping method you choose and the
destination for your package, it may take 1-5 business
days for you to receive your order, excluding holidays.
All orders placed by 2 p.m. EST will be shipped on the
same business day. All orders placed after 2 p.m. will
be shipped the following business day. Your order may
be delivered in multiple shipments. All deliveries are
based on the shipped date.
During cases of severe weather, your package will
be delivered as soon as possible. You will receive an
order confirmation email when the order is placed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an
email with a tracking number for UPS shipments, and
a final email when the order is delivered. USPS Priority
Mail is the only option available to ship to an APO/
FPO address. Priority Mail is non-traceable and transit
times are not guaranteed. International shipments
are made via UPS and can be tracked. Customs
duties, taxes, and/or other fees may be applied for
international shipments.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been successfully submitted,
you will receive 3 separate emails. The first email
will confirm your order. The second email will
confirm shipment of your order and will contain a
tracking number if UPS service was selected. With
your tracking number, you will be able to follow the
progress of your shipment by clicking the link on
the UPS tracking number. A third email will confirm
delivery.
You may also track your order by selecting “Order
History” link once logged into the Online Bookstore.
Once you have accessed your account, you will see
a list of all orders you have placed. If the order has
been shipped via UPS, click on the tracking number to
follow the progress of your package. If your package
is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact
Customer Service.
What if an item is on backorder?
In rare cases, an item you order may be out of stock.
In this situation, the item is labeled as a backorder and
will be automatically shipped as soon as it becomes
available. If only a portion of your order is backordered,
those books that are in stock will be shipped to you
immediately. You will receive an email when the
backordered item has been shipped.

What if I don’t receive one of the items I ordered?
Be sure to review your “Order History”, as it is possible
that at the time of ordering you declined an item. If
that is the case, please visit the Online Bookstore to
place a new order. Alternatively, an item may be on
backorder, which will automatically be shipped to you
once it becomes available. Please note that you will
retain access to your digital content and eTextbooks
during this time, so please utilize these resources
during this time. If there are still discrepancies with
your order, contact Customer Service.
I received something in my package that I did
not order?
Please contact Ambassador Customer Service. We will
send you a free shipping label to return the item you
did not order and we will ensure you were not charged
for this item upon receipt.
Can I cancel my order for a refund?
If you wish to change your order, contact Customer
Service. Once an order has been finalized and shipped,
it CANNOT be changed or cancelled. However, you may
return your order for a refund per the Returns Policy.
Credit will be issued in the same manner in which the
payment was originally made. Please allow two weeks
for processing time. Any course materials received
outside of the returns time period will be processed
as a buyback. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We
recommend that when sending your items back to use
a trackable method like UPS.

Do I have the option to expedite shipping of
my order?
UPS 2nd Day and Next Day Air options are available in
most locations and are both traceable and guaranteed
during business days (excluding holidays). If you feel
you did not receive your shipment in a timely fashion,
contact Customer Service.
