Applicants can select and rank up to 12 schools on each student’s application. The median number of
schools selected on each application varied by grade level. For example, the median number of
schools selected was two for 5th grade applicants, while in PK3 the median number of school
selections was four.
Overall, in 2015 the median number of schools selected per application was four. This is an increase
from 2014.
5
