Celebrate the festive season with a Christmas
Party at the legendary Brands Hatch motor
racing circuit – one of the world’s foremost
sporting venues. Our spectacular new ‘Fire
and Ice’ theme for 2017 will transport you to
a magical dimension, with two powerfully
contrasting forces combining to create a
unique and glamorous party setting.
Itinerary
Our standard evening programme will be
as follows:
Our lavish MotorSport Vision Centre,
positioned to overlook the iconic racetrack,
will be transformed with extremes of warm
glows and cool chills, and our luxury function
suites provide the perfect backdrop for a
memorable and indulgent evening.
22.00 Disco and after dinner entertainment
Our fabulous venue will dazzle your friends
and colleagues from the moment they
arrive! Every guest will receive the following:
• Frosted welcome drink
• Delicious fiery and ice cool canapés
• A complimentary alcoholic drink or

course dinner

After dinner, you can enjoy a dramatic
performance from our superb Fire and Ice
singers, before letting your hair down and
partying on the dance floor.
Our heated Rooftop Snug provides the
perfect escape for some rest and relaxation
between dancing, where you can sample
a warming festive tipple or frozen cocktail,
and enjoy our party games.
Unlimited overnight parking is available for
those guests who wish to take a taxi home
at the end of the night.

Dress code
The dress code will be smart evening wear,
strictly no jeans or trainers. Black tie is
optional but recommended.

Brands Hatch is located in West Kingsdown
on the A20, just 20 miles from Central
London and conveniently close to the M25
and M20 motorways.
Dates
Christmas parties are available at
Brands Hatch from Friday 24th November
to Thursday 21st December. Exclusive
bookings can be made for up to 200
guests and smaller groups can join a
party at a shared event.
Christmas luncheons can also be
accommodated.
