Our sales salary survey benchmarks responses against last year’s results and overall market sentiment to give an
insight into current trends for 2015
The figures within this survey have been thoroughly compiled, and reference over 2,000 individual pieces of data,
using multiple sources including:

A primary survey conducted in Q1-Q2 2015, to registered candidates who were asked to complete
current job and salary details as well as collaborate with qualitative insights.
CPG placed candidates 2014-2015.
CPG’s currently active database registered candidates.
CPG’s Advisory Panel – consisting of a group of highly experienced consultants with a combined 50+
years’ experience.
It is important to note that all salaries are dependent on a number of factors such as size of company and location
and therefore must be treated as a guide to candidates and employers within the sector.
*This is a survey of all of Ireland. Salaries in Greater Dublin on the whole represented the upper end of the
average.
*OTE = On Target Earnings
*Commission is vastly different from company to company and individual packages and terms of the salary on offer
must be studied carefully in relation to bonus/on target/commission rates.
