Note: It is the responsibility of all participants to be in possession of the correct documentation to travel out of the
country. Failure to do so will result in participants being denied entry/boarding and returned home at the expense
of the individual. Canadian citizens 18 years of age or under who are travelling with a school or other organized
group, under adult supervision and with parental/guardian consent may present proof of citizenship alone, such
as an original or copy of birth certificate, or a Canadian citizenship card. Canadian Citizens 19 and over require a
valid passport (the Canadian Government recommends that passports are valid at least for the duration of your
travel). Groups are advised to obtain witnessed letters of consent for persons under 18 years of age. NonCanadians must check entry and transit requirements. Please notify the group leader at time of booking if you
will be travelling with a passport from another country so we can check requirements and advise you accordingly.
Day 1 – Friday, April 21

5:45am - meet your Rhythms International Tour Manager and a 52 passenger motor coach from Pacific
Western to load luggage and instruments
6:00am - board your coach and depart Aurora, ON for New York City, NY (drive time 8 ½ hours – with
time for stops made for breaks, meals and border crossing and traffic in Manhattan)
Please note: at the discretion of the coach company a stop will be made to make a driver switch to comply with
strict driving regulations.
- if you arrive into Manhattan earlier there will be time to explore in your chaperoned groups
4:45pm - arrive at Birdland Jazz & Dinner Club to check in
5:00pm - enjoy a group dinner & live entertainment
7:15pm - show ends, board your coach or walk to the Empire State Building (approx. 25 min walk)
8:00pm - The Empire State Building's Observatory is the highlight of New York's skyline, reaching 1,250
feet above the city. Experience stunning views of the city and beyond from the top of one of the
most famous landmarks in the world.
- on your way to the observatories you will explore the Sustainability Exhibit - this thoughtprovoking installation translates the technical retrofit story into an easy-to-understand
experience that introduces the topic of energy efficiency in the context of the Empire State
Building, New York City, and the planet; the vibrant exhibit combines physical artifacts with
technology and seamlessly integrates digital and sculptural elements to create interactive
museum that educates and entertains visitors
9:30pm - board your coach and transfer to your hotel
10:15pm - arrive at the La Quinta Clifton, NJ and check in for 3 nights’ accommodation (free WI-FI)

9:00am - following breakfast, board your coach and transfer to your workshop location
10:00am - arrive for your 90 minute clinic
11:30am - following your clinic board your coach and transfer to Manhattan
12:30pm - a quick stop is made to pick up your box lunches – enjoy a walk in Central Park to enjoy your
lunch and stroll in your chaperoned groups
2:00pm - meet your Levy’s Unique New York! Guide and begin your 3 hour coaching and walking city
tour of mid-town – highlights of your tour may include the UN, Wall Street, Grand Central
Station, the Public Library,
5:00pm - your tour ends with time for dinner at Dallas BBQ (or similar)
7:00pm - following dinner, transfer to the Lincoln Centre for the Performing Arts – David Geffen Hall
8:00pm - New York Philharmonic concert begins – Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 2
9:30pm - following the concert, meet your coach and transfer to the hotel

Day 3 – Sunday April 23

9:00am - board your coach and transfer to Manhattan
10:00am - arrive at Radio City Music Hall to check in for your tour – you will be split into groups for this
- enjoy a guided tour of Radio City Music Hall – experience over 60 years of magic when you go
behind the scenes of America’s most spectacular showplace! On the one-hour Stage Door Tour,
you’ll discover the dazzling Art Deco interiors, the Great Stage, the private suite with gold-leaf
ceilings, and even meet one of the world-famous Rockettes
- board your coach and transfer to the High Line
- The High Line runs through three of Manhattan's most dynamic neighborhoods: the
Meatpacking District, West Chelsea, and Hell’s Kitchen/Clinton. When the High Line was built in
the 1930s, these neighbourhoods were dominated by industrial and transportation uses. Now
many of the warehouses and factories have been converted to art galleries, design studios,
retailers, restaurants, museums, and residences
- coach transfer to Times Square
- explore Times Square - it’s animated, digital advertisements help create an incredibly exciting
vibe contributing to Times Square popularity (it is the only neighbourhood that actually requires
building owners to display illuminated signs!!). Times Square is also home or adjacent to many
of the Broadway theatres and cinemas. It is one of those places that make New York a city that
never sleeps – as many as one thousand people in an hour cross the pedestrian island that runs
between 45th and 46th Street where Broadway and 7th Avenue intersect
- following the tour there is time to explore Rockefeller Center and purchase lunch in your
chaperoned groups
4:45pm - meet as a group at Buca di Beppo located in Times Square
5:00pm - group dinner
6:30pm - following dinner, walk to the theatre
7:00pm - Broadway Show begins! (perhaps Cats, School of Rock or Chicago )
9:45pm - meet as a group at a predetermined location and meet your 54 passenger locally hired coach
for a one way transfer to your hotel
10:30pm - arrive and retire to your rooms
- evening security from 11:00pm - 6:00am by 1 guard
Day 4 – Monday, April 24

7:00am - Bright Start Breakfast included at the hotel, followed by check out
8:00am - load luggage and instruments onto your coach
