Multiply like whole numbers,
BUT count the number of decimal spaces in each number.
The decimal spaces in your answer
must match the SUM of these two numbers.

Divide like whole numbers, but THROW UP the decimal in the answer.
There must be no decimals in the divisor. When it moves, the decimal under the “house”
also moves the same number of spaces to the right.
