Color Shift
The tone of color documents can be adjusted to make subtle changes to the overall tone of the
document with five levels to suit particular tone requirements.
Color Balance
The strength of the four colors (yellow, magenta, cyan and black) can be adjusted in seven
levels for each of their low, intermediate and high density ranges.
Gloss Level (Optional)
This feature lowers the copying speed to add a glossy touch to the output.

III. Scan Options
Book Copying
To copy facing pages of a bound document using the document glass. The two pages will be
copied onto two separate pages.
2 Sided Book Copy
Make double-sided copies from bound documents using the document glass. A blank sheet is
automatically inserted as the first page.
Original Size
The size of the document can be automatically detected, selected from a list of preset sizes, or
manually specified using the custom option. If Custom is used, documents will be copied
according to the specified size regardless of their actual size.
Mixed Size Originals
Using Feeder (DADF) to load original documents of different sizes and copy them on paper
size matching to the original.
Note: can use together with Auto Tray selection or Auto %.
Edge Erase
Erase the shadows or unwanted marks such as hole punch marks from each edge or the center
of the copy.
Image Shift
Move the position of the original document image up, down, left, right or to the centre.
Image Rotation
Automatically rotates the document image to match the orientation of the paper in the tray.

Mirror： Left and right sides of the original image reversed symmetrically
Negative：To invert all the black images on the page to white and all the white images to

IV. Output Format
Booklet Creation
Print the images side by side, on both sides of each page in the correct order to make a
booklet. Fold the copies in half in the middle to create a finished booklet.
Covers
Add paper or card covers to a copy job.
Transparency Separators
Copy onto transparency stock, to place dividers between the pages, and to make hard copy
sets for handouts.
Multiple up
Copy two, four or eight independent documents onto one sheet of paper. The machine
automatically reduces/enlarges the images as needed to print them on one page.
Poster
Divide and enlarge an original document, and to copy each divided part onto multiple sheets
of paper. You can paste them all together to make one large poster.
Repeat Image
Copy an original image repeatedly onto one sheet of paper. When the copy ratio is set to Auto,
the number of repeated images will be calculated automatically in order to fit in the selected
paper size or a specific number can be preset.
Annotation
Add a stamp, date and page number on the output copies. Formats for the stamp type,
date, page number, and printing position can also be selected.

Set Numbering
It can lightly print control number, text, user account number, date and time and serial
number on the background of each set.
Tab Margin Shift
It can copy images from a document tab paper by specifying the copied position, so that
the image would be copied onto the tab. The sizes of tab paper used can be A4, 8.5 to 11”.
Output Orientation
It can select whether output copies to be facing up or down
Folding (optional)
It can make copies to be folded in
• C Tri-Fold : copies are folded in three inside.
• Z Tri-Fold : copies are folded in three outside.
• Bi-Fold : copies are folded in half.
Note : Z-folding for paper size are B4, A3 and 11X17’. This feature can combine with
Mixed-size originals and staple Z-folded A3-sheets into piles of A4 documents

ID Card Copy
Preset Repeat Image
Image of a document on one sheet of paper can be repeated for a specified number of
times. (Two, Four or Eight times)

VI. Job Assembly
Build job
Make copies with different settings for individual or groups of pages but still run the job as a
single job.
For example, if a job consists of some sections with text and some with photos, by selecting
the appropriate settings to be applied to each section, it can be printed out at one time. In
addition, one sample set of the job can be printed out first by selecting the appropriate button
so that necessary adjustments can be made if required.
Sample Set
A proof set will be printed for checking before making multiple sets of copies.
Large Volume Document
To make copy sheets of document that you cannot load into the document feeder at one
time. This feature also enables you to copy multiple documents as one job by the
document glass.
For Document Feeder : A stack of original is more than 50 sheets and it can be released as
one job by using this feature.
For Document Glass : Multiple original can be scanned by using Document Glass and
output as a one job.
Deleted Outside / Deleted Inside
Specify an area can be deleted from outside or inside when copying. Up to 3 areas can be
specified.
