BootCamp: A group exercise class that mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. There is no fancy footwork or keeping up with
music timing – just pure hard work and dedication! Classes are designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they'd push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military
boot camp. Must be 16 years of age or older.
Cycle (45 / 60): This cycling class utilizes high energy music and a motivating, non-competitive group environment to create a stronger, leaner body. No complicated moves and low
impact pedaling allows anyone who can ride a bike to burn calories and have fun. The numbers in intervals of 15 indicate the time in minutes. Please sign up at the front desk. Must be 16
years of age or older.
Gentle Yoga: This milder yoga class is designed for the new yoga student or participants with joint restrictions or limitations. Emphasis is placed on proper alignment, technique and
breathing that will enhance one’s flexibility, strength, and posture. May use a chair or a mat or both! Adults only please.
Group Active: GET ACTIVE and get more out of life! Group Active® gives you all the fitness training you need – cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility – in just one hour. Get stronger,
fitter, and healthier with inspiring music, adjustable dumbbells, weight plates, body weight, and simple athletic movements. ACTIVATE YOUR LIFE with Group Active! Must be 16 years of
age and older.
Group Centergy: REDEFINE YOUR SELF with Group Centergy®. Grow longer and stronger in this invigorating 60-minute mind-body workout. Group Centergy incorporates yoga and
Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for balance, mobility, flexibility, and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full-body fitness
journey. Take the time to CENTER YOUR ENERGY with Group Centergy. Must be 12 years of age or older.
Group Core: Let’s get HARD CORE! Train like an athlete in 30 action-packed minutes. A strong core, from your shoulders to your hips, will improve your athletic performance, help prevent
back pain, and give you ripped abs! Expert coaching and motivating music will guide you through functional and integrated exercises using your body weight, weight plates, a towel, and a

Group Groove: IF YOU CAN MOVE, YOU CAN GROOVE! Sweat with a smile during your energizing hour of dance fitness. Group Groove® is a sizzling cardio experience that is a fusion
of club, urban, and Latin dance styles set to the hottest current hits and the best dance songs ever produced! Join the party and GET A MOVE ON! Must be 10 years of age or older.
Group Fight: GROUP FIGHT is a gripping hour that burns tons of calories and builds total body strength. Tap into the hottest mixed martial arts movements done at a rapid-fire pace to
smash your cardio fitness! From the boxing ring to the fighting cage, Group Fight combines cutting edge moves with thrilling music. The electric experience is addictive. FIGHT FOR IT!
Must be 12 years of age or older.
Group Power: Group Power® is YOUR HOUR OF POWER! Blast all your muscles with this high-rep weight training workout. Using an adjustable barbell, weight plates, and body weight,
Group Power combines squats, lunges, presses, and curls with functional integrated exercises. Dynamic music and a motivating group atmosphere will get your heart rate up, make you
sweat, and push you to a personal best! POWER UP! Must be 16 years of age or older.
Group Ride: Get your RIDE ON with Group Ride®! This huge calorie burner builds great-looking legs! Group Ride is a 60-minute cycling experience brought indoors. Roll over hills, chase
the pack, spin the flats, climb mountains, and sprint to the finish! Feel the thrill of energetic music and group dynamics as you get the all the benefits of authentic interval training. RIDE ON!

R30: Get fitter in only 30 minutes with R30™. It's as easy as riding a bike, and in R30, riding a bike has never been better! Burn calories, improve muscular endurance, and build cardio
fitness as you ride with surges, short intervals, power, and end with a rush. Inspiring music and motivating coaches ensure that EVERYONE FINISHES FIRST! Must be 16 years of age or
older.
Interval Training: Challenge yourself with this class that will increase muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. No fancy choreography, just skills and drills that will increase your
speed, agility, strength, and stamina. Must be 16 years of age or older.
Muscle Challenge: Develop muscular strength and endurance as well as functional movements using a variety of controlled exercises. Weights, tubing, bands and bars will be used to
develop and strengthen the entire body.
Pilates Fusion: Center your energy, remove stress, and revitalize your mind as you experience the class that combines the basic elements of a Pilates mat class with various yoga moves
and postures. Must be 14 years of age or older.
SilverSneakers® Circuit: Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation
exercises. Adults only, please!
SilverSneakers® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Handheld weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. Adults only, please!
Step: This class uses a step platform and high energy music to improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen the lower body. Step can combine high and low impact moves and is a great
alternative to traditional cardio classes. Must be 14 years of age or older.
Step & Strength
This class takes the dynamics of cardiovascular conditioning combined with the many elements of strength for a total body workout using the step platform.
Tai Chi: Tai chi is the most famous Chinese martial art style. It consists of fluid, gentle and graceful circular movements. These physical exercises are designed especially for self-defense
and meditation.
Yoga 60/75: A unique way to integrate mind, body, and spirit, without force or competitiveness. This class will guide all levels of students through a flowing asana practice that includes
Sun Salutations, and a wide range of standing and seated poses. Your yoga class may incorporate a variety of yoga styles and practices including (but not limited to) Vinyasa and Hatha.
Attention is given to breath and proper alignment to promote a healthier lifestyle, relieve stress and increase strength and flexibility. Must be 10 years of age or older.
Zumba: This Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, dance-fitness party exhilarates their senses and works all their major groups in a high-energy cardio blast that leaves them invigorated,
refreshed and full of life. Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms like salsa, merengue, cumbia and samba set to sexy Latin and international beats. Must be 10 years of age or older.
Zumba Gold: Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: the older adult. It takes the Zumba formula and modifies the moves and pacing to suit the needs of the
active older participant, as well as the de-conditioned participant. Adults only please.
Reminders:
- Please inform the instructor prior to starting any class if you are a new participant.
- Please be on time for class. If you are late - it is highly recommended that you warm up on a piece of cardiovascular equipment for 5 minutes before joining the
class.
- It is highly recommended that each participant stay in class until after the cool-down. If you do have to leave early, please cool down and/or stretch for 5-10
minutes before showering or leaving the building.
- Healthtrax exercise classes are open to men and women. Please note age restrictions for each class.
- Children under the age of 14 must attend class with an adult unless the class is specifically intended for children.
