1.No order, however placed, shall bind Assured Natural Distribution Inc. (hereinafter called the “Company”) unless and until accepted by a duly
authorized
officer or employee of the Company.

2.Approved accounts are net 30 days. Customers with credit will receive a 2% discount if payment is received within 10 days of the invoice date.

only for those with current accounts. Any account with amounts 60 days past due will be sent prepaid (plus courier charge).

We accepted payment by cheque, VISA or MasterCard. Please make payment to: Assured Natural Distribution Inc. All New Accounts are prepaid
until credit is established.
Claims
All goods are considered shipped and/or delivered to the purchaser once they are placed in the hands of a carrier for delivery to the purchaser
and all responsibility for loss, damage or destruction of any said goods is thereupon assumed by the purchaser. Claims must be made within 10
days if goods are not delivered. A claim cannot be made that the goods delivered are not as per the invoice, unless a claim is made within 10 days
after said goods delivery. All boxes must be counted upon receipt, and any damaged or missing boxes must be noted on the waybill when the
order is signed for. The Company will be responsible, or credit you, for items that have not been marked as missing or damaged on the waybill.
Returns
Please call our Customer Service for all product returns. We will provide you with a Return Authorization number once you have provided us with
the reason for the return. We cannot credit any returns if you have not contacted us first. The Product resale must be in condition for and subject
to a 15% restocking fee. An additional 15% handling fee will be charged on all product that requires additional cleaning. Product must be received
and accounted for by the Company before credit will be issued. Product returned broken due to improper packaging will not be credited. Products sold past 120 days are not accepted for credit.
Consumer Returns Credit Request
For Health Canada regulations and/or the US Food and Drug Administration to investigate and/or follow up on any complaints and for us to issue
a credit, please provide the following: Consumer’s name and phone number, Product Code, Lot number, Expiry Date, and the details for the
return. Product will not be accepted that has been opened.
Adjustments
Contact Customer Service within 10 days in the event of a billing or shipping error, and we will make the necessary adjustments. We will not be
responsible for any discrepancies on invoices not reported within 10 days from the date of the invoice.
Shipping
All orders over $250.00 will be shipped freight prepaid. If you require proof of delivery for a shipment, you must notify the courier or our office
within 10 days of the invoice.
Prices
Prices are subject to change without notice and are determined from the Company price list at the time of shipment.

Conditions
All orders accepted and made by the Company are subject to these conditions unless otherwise agreed to in writing. If there is a conflict between
these conditions and the requirements of the purchase order, these conditions shall prevail.
