BLU Technology
Designed with a busy cafeteria in mind, Kairak’s
BLU Milk Carts are the essential element for
serving lines. Low and high Profile units are
offered to accommodate K-12.
Finish
BLU patent pending pan chiller system including
T6 anodized horizontal divider bars. 20-gauge
stainless steel inner pan and stainless outer
wrap.
» BLU technology exceeds NSF requirements by maintaining
most products at or below 39 degrees.
» No frost built-up through precise control of temperature, Milk
may remain in the BLU milk cart day or night, with no risk of
freezing product.
» No Defrost cycle - No need for chilling system to undergo a
periodic shut down for a defrost cycle, which can increase
product temperatures.
» No fans - Requires no fans to enhance refrigeration,
eliminates worry that condensation will damage the fan and
associated components.
