Where There's a Will, There's A Way
On Tuesday, May 23 - 10 a.m., York County Register of Wills, Brad
Jacobs, and Atty. John Herrold, will share information to keep in
mind as you work through your estate planning. Statistics show that
50 percent of our citizens do not have a will.
One of the most important decisions anyone can make is committing
to write a Last Will and Testament. A Will is part of your legacy. This
legal document will ensure that the assets you have accumulated
during your lifetime are distributed in accordance with your wishes.
Brad Jacobs was first elected York County Register of Wills in 2000,
and served as President of the of Registers of Wills /Clerks of Orphans'
Court Association of PA 2004-05. He also has served on the boards of
the York County Library System and Leave A Legacy. Atty. John
Herrold serves as the Solicitor for the York County Register of Wills, as
well as practices law with an emphasis in Wills and Estates. Please
don't miss this informative presentation!
