Terms and conditions
season pass holders are required to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.
◎Passes can be used only after the ski area has opened.
◎Passes can be used only by the registered holder.
◎Lending, transfer and resale of passes is wholly prohibited. Any use or alteration of passes will result in confiscation.
◎Any person found using a pass in violation of the rules will be liable to pay compensation in addition to having the pass(es) confiscated. Cases of gross violation will be referred to the police.
◎Passes must be shown for inspection on request by ski patrol staff or attendants in the ski area.
◎Any person found to be in violation of "Hakuba Rules" will be subject to pass confiscation and ejection from the ski area.
◎In the event of loss or damage to the IC card, please contact the Season Pass Office as soon as possible. Reissuing fee and deposit will be required.
◎Please observe Happo Area Rule, and enjoy yourself.

How to pick up
・Please pick up your Season pass in person, and bring your Season pass exchange voucher, photo ID (passport, driver's license etc) and 500 yen
deposit for IC card.
・We do not post the pass, the pass will be processed within 7 days.
Notes
Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason after purchase.
Depending on the snow conditions, Happo-one may open/close earlier than planned.
