Pastoral Council Meeting Notes

Attendance: Fr. Marc, Ken Conti, Sal Gioe, Deacon Bill, and Cheryl Follien
Meeting began at 7:05pm
Meeting called to focus on identifying new members to replace those members
who have left the council. The objective of this meeting was to review all the
candidates and rate them as to who might be the best choice for the council’s
vision of rebuilding Saint Anne in the model of discipleship. The rating system was
set as Tier 1, 2, and 3. Tier one signifying the highest rating. For some individuals
an alternative committee was identified, that information will be included in the
information as well as the actual ratings. No personal information is written in this
report as it was only used to identify the person’s rating.

Both Rick/Nicky O’Donnell as well as Tanya Weed has been removed from the list
of those who will be interviewed.
Sal will send an e-mail to all interested parties. It will include questions concerning
the gifts that they would bring as a council member and areas of weakness.
Interview times will be set and completed prior to the next meeting.
The second subject that was discussed was the Deanery’s invitation to the Author
of Rebuilt. He will speak of the process and how to get started. All the Deanery
members will be invited to attend. Date and time will be forth coming.
