1. Copy the following items onto your own paper for each word of the week
 Word and part of speech
 Definition
 Synonyms (if given)
 Antonyms (if given)
2. Write your own sentence using the word. Do not copy the sample sentence.
3. Label the connotation of the word (the emotional implications of the word).
 + for positive
 – for negative
 O for neutral
4. Draw a simple symbol to represent the word.
Example:

1. Invincible (adj). Unable to be conquered. I felt
invincible after we won the tournament. +
Synonym: Invulnerable. Antonym: vulnerable.
