First year EANS student’s accommodation
Rooms are reserved for the first year students at Comfort Hotel Malmö from Sunday
the 25th of June until departure the 7th of July (i.e. 12 nights). The hotel is located about
2 - 3 minutes’ walk from the Malmö Central train station, and about 6-10 minutes’ walk
from where the summer school will take place at Niagara. The negotiated price per
night is 695 Swedish crowns, and a heartily ecological breakfast is included in the
price.
To secure your reserved nights you, yourself need to contact the hotel no later than
15th March 2017. Booking after this date mean that you will need to pay ordinary price,
and after this date we can no longer secure available rooms at this location. Please

2029GR004577 – EANS student in the subject of the mail. Don’t forget to enclose
the completed first year accommodation form in your mail communication. (You will

The hotel booking form are needed to not make Malmö University liable for your
booking i.e. the hotel will need a credit card to secure your booking. No money will be
taken out of your account until you arrive. Please note that this means that you need
to follow normal rules of hotel cancelation policy if you by any chance not would be
able to participate in the summer school. If you need a room for more than the reserved
nights, it is also very important that you contact the hotel as soon as possible and
check if further nights are available, and make sure that additional nights are included
in your final hotel booking form.

Second and third year EANS student’s accommodation
Rooms are reserved for the second and third years’ students at Clarion Hotel &
Congress Malmö Live from Sunday 2nd July until departure Friday 7 th July (i.e. 5
nights). The hotel is located about five minutes’ walk from Malmö Central train station,
and about five minutes’ walk from where the summer school will take place at Niagara.
The negotiated price per night is 995 Swedish Crowns, and a spectacular ecological
breakfast is included in this price.
If you wish to share a room with a fellow student, please let us know before you contact
the hotel to confirm your reservation so we can secure a double room and get back to
you and confirm that double rooms are available (You will find the sharing room form
last in this document)
