must be booked through the Offficial Supplier of Freight & Logistics Supplier
Please ensure that all works are planned to be completed within scheduled site times as no
extension is available
All works must be complete by 1700 Sunday 26th Feb.
ALL materials and equipment must be removed from site by this time.
Exhibitor Models and displays delivered to stands where necessary and packaging removed

IMPORTANT NOTES
Monday 20th - Sunday 26th are classed as build days and access will only be given to persons that have a valid AVALON 2017 Contractor badge
Monday 27th is for Exhibitor move in and stand dressing only. Ensure all construction is complete by 1700 on Sunday 26th
Exceptions- Registered Exhibitors are not required to wear safety footwear or complete an onlineinduction, but must remain on their stand space at all times and be escroted by an inducted
person (standbuilder/sales team)
Hi Visibilty Vest and closed toe shoes are mandatory
All Exhibiton areas must be completely vacated (inclding all materials and rubbish) by 1700
