E25T Unit shall be a Moffat electrically heated Turbofan convection oven. The oven shall have a one piece vitreous enamel oven chamber, stainless top and sides. Oven
shall have a drop down hinged door with double glass pane window and a vitreous enamelled door inner. Oven shall have capacity for 3 trays. The oven shall feature a
50 program touch screen menu controller. The unit shall include one halogen oven lamp. Oven shall be bench mounted on 76mm feet. Unit shall be supplied in 100%
recyclable shipping packaging.
