Joinery:
SPRAY BOOTH
We carry out wet lacquering in a professional 7x4m spray
booth, on the following materials: glass, MDF, plastics, etc.
PANEL SAW
We use a panel saw to cut all 2,000x3,000mm wood-based
boards, including angular cutting, mitring and others. It is
possible to cut flitches using pneumatic pressure.
MEMBRANE PRESS
We carry out thermoforming of mineral-acrylic boards of
up to 1,500x1,500mm in size.
We also apply laminate or natural veneer onto curvilinear
elements.
IRONWORKS
CNC BENDING MACHINE
We manufacture/cut/roll spatial letters and signs. The machine is numerically controlled; possibility of using various
types of aluminium (up to 120mm in width); minimum completion time; accuracy and repeatability.
NC PAPER CUTTER AND BAR FOLDER
We cut/bend sheets made of aluminium and stainless steel,
up to 3mm in thickness and maximum width of 2,000mm.
WELDING MACHINES (MIG, MAG, MMA)
We weld sheets, details, and sections made of aluminium,
stainless steel and brass.
BENDING MACHINE FOR PIPES AND SECTIONS
We are able to obtain a pre-defined bend radius on any
sections made of aluminium, steel, or stainless steel.
ETCHING MACHINE
This is a machine intended for metal electrolysis; we are
able to change the structure and surface quality of nonferrous metals, according to applied graphic programmes.
PROCESSING
CNC MILLING PLOTTER
It is numerically controlled and has a working area of
2,100x4,000mm; automatic changing of tools; table with
a vacuum clamp; 9kW spindle. We mill/cut/engrave with
enormous speed and accuracy: plastics, wood-based boards, laminates, solid wood, plywood, aluminium, brass,
stainless steel, etc. We use an oscillating knife to cut in leather, felt, rubber, board, foam, film and other heterogeneous materials.
OUR SERVICES
DIAMOND POLISHING MACHINE
We polish the edges of plastic blocks. Automatic feed, unlimited working length, width of detail up to 80mm.
CO2 LASER
Working surface of 1,200x900mm; power: 120kW. We carry
out precise cutting/engraving of plastics, laminates, plywood, MDF, leather, bamboo, aluminium, etc.
SEMI-AUTOMATIC LINEAR BENDING MACHINE
We bend plastic materials at a fixed/any angle, within the
range of 30-180 degrees; repeatability, accuracy, precisely
adjusted temperature and time; any length.
THERMAL PLOTTER
We cut all possible spatial objects in the 600x1,300x1,300mm
size, in materials that can be subject to heat treatment, i.e.
foamed polystyrene, Styrodur, polyurethane foam and
others; in addition, three-dimensional cutting, as required
for the building industry, interior design, arranging of exhibitions, modelling, etc.
PRINTING HOUSE
PLOTTER PRINTING WITH UV INKS – OCE ARIZONA 350 GT
A large-format solid ink printer with an additional white
colour.
Printing surface on a table: 1,250x2,500mm; maximum
width of printing on a reel: 2,200mm.
We print in 720x720 dpi resolution, directly on stiff bases:
glass, plastics, MDF, plywood, Corian, tiles, sheet metal plates, etc., up to 50mm thickness, as well as on soft materials:
wallpapers, leather, paper, cloth, nets, linen, felt, etc.
PRINTING PLOTTER – MUTOCH
A large-format eco-solvent printer that produces prints of
photographic quality.
Maximum width of printing: 1,625 mm.
We print in 1,440x1,440 dpi resolution, on film, wallpapers,
paper, etc.
LAMINATING MACHINE
A roller laminating machine, intended for protecting surfaces, in the following options: gloss, lustreless, and anti-graffiti.
It enriches and prolongs the life of prints.
