Advertising Placement
The publisher reserves the right to select ad location,
unless the advertiser pays for a premium position. Nonpremium position ads will be placed in the tab section(s)
of your choice.
We will make every effort to accommodate requests
for specific placement of ads within the sections, but
such placement cannot be guaranteed. Fractional
page ads may share pages with other advertisers.
Placement requests must be made in writing on this

Charges and artwork specifications
Rates are based on the advertiser supplying Random
Lengths with material that meets the Mechanical
Specifications and will perform satisfactorily with no
intervention required on the part of Random Lengths.
If materials do not meet specifications, an additional
production charge may be applied to the final invoice
for required adjustments.
Random Lengths is not liable for loss or damage of material submitted; advertisers must keep the original copy

Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing
by the final deadline of October 16, 2017, and will not
be accepted after this date. Premium positions and ads
booked after the final deadline cannot be cancelled.
Commission and Cash Discounts
Prices shown are net 30 days. No cash discounts. A
15% agency discount is extended to recognized advertising agencies; in-house agency requests will not be
honored. Production charges are non-commissionable.

Agency discount will be forfeited if invoices
are not paid within 30 days of invoice date. Any
agency whose payment is not received within 30
days of billing date will be charged a penalty of
1.5% interest per month.
The advertiser and its advertising agency are jointly
liable for payment due.
