Forfeiture amount: $187 for a 1st offense, $250 for 2nd and subsequent violations. Smoking on school grounds No person may smoke while on the premises, indoors or outdoors, of a public educational facility located within the Village of Mukwonago. Forfeiture amount: $124 for a juvenile, $187 for an adult. Habitual Truancy This is defined as a minor, who is unexcused for all or part of a school day, five or more times during a semester. Forfeiture amount: $187 for a 1st offense, $250 for 2nd and subsequent violations: In addition, the Court may suspend the student’s operating privilege, order homebound detention, and various other sanctions and dispositions outlined in Wisconsin Statute 118.163. Disorderly Conduct & Indecent Language/Conduct No person shall engage in violent, abusive, indecent, profane, boisterous, unreasonably loud or otherwise disorderly conduct under circumstances in which the conduct tends to cause or provoke a disturbance. Forfeiture amount: $250 for a juvenile, $439 for an adult, 1 st offense. Harassment Definition: Whoever, with intent to harass or intimidate another person, strikes, shoves, kicks or otherwise subjects the person to physical contact or attempts or threatens to do the same; or engages in a course of conduct or repeatedly commits acts which harass or intimidate the person and which serve no legitimate purpose. This section also applies to harassing/annoying phone calls and electronic communications, which are made/sent with the intent to annoy, harass, or offend another person(s). WI Statute 947.012 & 947.0125. Forfeiture: $376 for a juvenile, $564 for an adult, 1 st offense. Loitering on School Premises It shall be unlawful for any person not in official attendance or on official business to enter in, to congregate, loiter, wander, stroll, stand or play in any school building in the village or in or about any playground area adjacent thereto between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on official school days.
