MTT Technology
Owned by ATON-HT, this Microwave Thermal Treatment (MTT) technology is a major
innovation in the field of waste treatment, with patents pending both in Poland and abroad
(patent application No. P-337957). Pre-prepared waste (shredded and soaked with an agent
enhancing microwave heating processes) is conveyed to a ceramic reactor chamber to
undergo thermal treatment in a highly concentrated electromagnetic field, in a temperature
range between 1000°C and 1200°C. Depending on the type of waste, either air or shielding
gas is supplied to the reactor chamber. MTT is an efficient and eco-friendly technology
enabling treatment of hazardous waste.

Solar shower
The solar shower is a device that needs nothing more than running water and solar energy to
perform its function. After connecting the garden hose and positioning the device towards
the sun, in barely an hour’s time we have at our disposal from 25 to 40 litres of hot water.
The system comprises a column made of aluminium tube. Tilted at an angle of 30 degrees,
the column serves as a 25-litre tank, being heat-insulated at 2/3 of its height to ensure
safety and prevent overheating. Solar energy is captured by a panel of the collector. Enclosed
in a sturdy polyester resin housing, the shower weighs 25 kg. Its base enables 360-degree
rotation, which helps adjust the device to the position of the Sun.

Green Machine 400 Sweeper from Tennant
Introduced to the Polish market in 2008, Green Machine 400 Sweeper not only sweeps but
also features a special attachment with a tube for sucking in dog mess. Dog droppings are
collected in a separate container, to prevent them from being mixed with swept litter, and
liquid disinfectant is sprayed on the cleaned spot to sanitize it. The container with
excrements can be easily emptied, while the use of disposable plastic sacks guarantees
proper hygiene and operator's safety.

Lightweight aggregate from sewage sludge
An innovative method of thermal disposal of sewage sludge that can pose environmental
threat when deposited in landfills. The end product of this thermal process is a commercial
product, i.e. environmentally safe lightweight aggregate, instead of dangerous ash
containing heavy metal compounds that required further depositing. Being more economical,
this method is different from vitrification-based solutions used to date, mainly in that it

employs lower processing temperatures, and that the aggregate is only formed of industrial
and municipal waste. The method is patent protected.

system recycle water, which minimises pure water consumption.

bale of cans together, but they will easily break apart if required. A two-step compaction

A simple foam dispensing and washing solution. A foam layer is applied onto the cleaned

Designed for purifying small wastewater streams characterised by high contaminant
concentration. They operate by causing liquids to boil under reduced pressure conditions.
The final products are: distillate and concentrate. The former is continuously released to a
