Airport information
Atlanta
For those of you flying out of Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport, you’ll find the
new International Terminal (Concourse F) easy to get to and traverse – you no longer need to go
through the Domestic terminals to arrive at the International Terminal. To park at the International
terminal, we suggest the International Park-Ride (at far right in picture below).
It costs $12 per day. There is another parking deck
closer to the terminal but, it is for hourly parking
and can be quite costly. Drop-off at the terminal is
also available. (If you’ve reached the bridge with
the international flags, you’ve missed the suggested
parking deck.) To navigate using your GPS, please
use this address for directions to the International
Terminal: 2600 Maynard H. Jackson Jr. Blvd., Atlanta,
GA 30354. The international terminal entrance is
accessible from Interstate 75 at Exit 239.
New roadway signage will direct you to the International
Terminal via interstates 75, 85 and 285. Surface street signs
have also been updated to direct you to the new facility. In
the map above, the Parking symbol closest to the Exit symbol
is the daily parking deck we suggest. Trams/Shuttles will then
take you to the terminal. Williamsburg Travel Partners also
shared this parking option. You do not have to be a member
to take advantage of this offer.
Currently, Atlanta is asking passengers to arrive three (3) hours before their scheduled
departure.
Bermuda
L.F. Wade International Airport at Bermuda is a good bit smaller than Atlanta. Currently, they
require check-in at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure.
Below are websites that may be helpful to you as you plan your travel:

Consent to Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, Community Bankers Association of Georgia meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant
to CBA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and
audiotapes of such events and activities.
Getting around Bermuda
As you may know, rental cars are not available on the island - foreign driver’s licenses are not legal
in Bermuda. Because of this, taxis are abundant and just about everywhere. You should not need
to pre-arrange your ground transportation from/to the resort/airport. You may learn more by
clicking here.
U.S. Currency in Bermuda
The U.S. Dollar is equal to the Bermudian Dollar. They do accept U.S. bills and coins in many places;
however, you may receive Bermudian money in change. The resort’s concierge will convert to
U.S. money for you at no charge. U.S. bank cards and credit cards are also widely accepted. We
recommend NOT using U.S.-issued Gift Cards…some are not valid outside the states and others
are not accepted in Bermuda without a foreign transaction fee (currently 3%). BEFORE you travel,
you are encouraged to contact your bank and/or creditor to let them know of your international
travel plans.
CELL PHONE/DATA USAGE
Please remember to call your cell provider BEFORE you travel and add an international plan to
your service for July. Mention you need cell service and data service (if you have a smart phone
and use data/internet). The resort does provide WiFi service, so once you’re on property, be
sure to connect so that your international data is not overused on your plan (this can be quite
costly). For more information on cell service in Bermuda, visit www.bermuda-attractions.com/
bermuda_0001cd.htm.
The Convention & Trade Show
All CBA meetings and dining functions (including the Chairman’s Reception and Banquet) are
resort casual attire and family-friendly. Thursday’s Reception & Dine-Around is being held in the
Exhibit Hall (Poinciana 1-2). Registered children are invited to both of the Thursday evening AND
Saturday evening events. If you would like your child to attend these functions, they must be
registered. Additional charges apply.
IMPORTANT REMINDERS
Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. If you have not already
reserved your room, please do so by calling the Global Reservations Center at (800) 441-1414
(sorry, online reservation is not available). The deadline to receive the discount rate is June 19th or
when the CBA block is full. If you have any difficulty or questions, please go ahead and make your
reservation, then contact Peake Wilson at [email protected] or (770) 541-0379/(800) 6488215. If you have already made your reservation, please verify it with the hotel and make note of
your confirmation number.
If you plan to be adventurous while at Bermuda, please click here to learn about the many options
– including horseback riding, cave exploring, water sports, shopping and much more.

CBA’s 2016 Silent & Live Auction
Thursday night only!
This popular fundraiser benefits the CBA’s Political Action Committee (PAC) and Public Relations (PR) funds.
The funds provide Georgia’s community banking industry a voice in state politics. The CBA maintains the only
state PAC working exclusively for Georgia’s community banks.
Please support the fundraiser by donating to the Silent Auction. Popular items include electronics, artwork,
collectibles, sports memorabilia/tickets, use of a condo or vacation property, children’s items, gift baskets, gift
cards, home décor, jewelry and much more. Complete the donation form below and make your commitment
today. If you cannot donate an item for the auction, consider a cash donation. We appreciate your support!
This year, we would like to introduce the Bean Bag Toss Challenge! Here’s how it works: during Thursday night’s
Welcome Reception & Dine-Around, convention attendees can purchase 5 bean bags for $20. The more you ring,
the more you increase your chance to win!
• Ring 3 bags - entered into a drawing for $100
• Ring 4 bags - entered into an additional drawing for $150
• Ring 5 bags - entered into an additional drawing for $200
And, win or lose, you go home with a complimentary beach bag. There is no way to lose!
