Personalization allows students to customize their yearbook
cover with their name, favorite phrase and up to four affiliation
icons. Students can order two lines of text (29 characters per
line including spaces). Icons featuring year dates and numerous
affiliation symbols are also available.

of extra space for autographs and special messages.

budget while giving more students the chance to share in your

Order your yearbook now!
Print the order-taking envelopes (a sample is included in your kit) with your
school’s yearbook order details and send them home with each student
using the same method you used with the flyers.

This envelope will make managing yearbook sales simple. Give each teacher an
envelope to record the student’s name, quantity and amount paid for each order
they receive. Ask the teacher to include payments and order envelopes in this
envelope. At the close of the yearbook sales, collect all of the envelopes.

Yearbook Kit) and hang them throughout the school at least two
weeks prior to yearbook order-taking time. Be sure to hang the
posters in high traffic areas including near the doors that parents
use and in the main hallways.

Start your yearbook promotions at the beginning of the year and
utilize the preferred parent communication method that your school
already has in place (for example: weekly folders and envelopes sent
home to parents). Send promotional flyers home two weeks before
order taking will occur.

The same day you send the order-taking envelopes
home with students, ask the teachers to give each
student one of the enclosed stickers to let the parents
know it is order-taking time.
