Coat 9” x 13” pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, mix macaroni, tuna, onion, & soup until well combined. Transfer to baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake 25 min. or until bubbly. Break cauliflower into florets. Fill a medium saucepan with 2 inches of water. Bring to a boil. Add cauliflower & cook for 10 min. or until tender. Drain & transfer to a 2 quart casserole dish. Combine butter, bread crumbs, Parmesan, salt & red pepper in a small bowl. Top cauliflower with bread crumb mixture and mozzarella cheese. Bake for 20 min. or until cheese is bubbly.
