BodyCombat: Is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and
draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. BIA
BodyCombat Express: 45 minute BodyCombat class. BIA
Les Mills CXWORX: A 30 minute class based on rigorous scientific research that provides core strength by targeting all muscle groups from your
core. With dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques and “muscular slings” connecting the upper and lower body, this workout
will leave you looking good and feeling strong. BIA
HipHop Step: Hip Hop Music and dance moves combined with high intensity aerobic movements and patterns. BIA
Pilates Mat: Participants of all levels will benefit from core and stability training with enhanced breathing techniques and flexibility training. BIA
PiYo™ Strength: It’s the perfect fusion equaling strength building, rhythmic movement and power with a foundation in Pilates and yoga that burns
calories while transforming the body. It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced,
either way, you’ll get results. BIA
Power Yoga: Emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and balance. Using core muscles to stabilize the trunk of the body while
attaining flexibility and balance through continuous movement. BIA
Step Interval: Step combined with high intensity aerobic movements and patterns. BIA
SilverSneakers® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength,
range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and SilverSneakers ball are offered for
resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. S
Zumba: Latin inspired moves and dance themes come together to create a dynamic, fun class. BIA
Warm and Gentle Yoga: Improve balance and learn restorative breathing techniques through a variety of gentle yoga poses while
seated or standing. BIAS
Hot Yoga: class utilizing the breath, leading to static standing, balancing, and seated postures: ending with a period of total
relaxation. Mats and props are provided. BIA
Hot Yoga Vinyasa: (Flow) based class utilizing the breath, leading to static standing, balancing, and seated postures: ending with a
period of total relaxation. Mats and props are provided. BIA
Hot Pilates Mat: Participants of all levels will benefit from core and stability training with enhanced breathing techniques and
flexibility training. BIA
Hot Power Yoga: Emphasis on core strength, flexibility, and balance. Using core muscles to stabilize the core body while attaining
flexibility and balance through continuous movement. Vinyasa (Flow) BIA
Hot Yin Yang Yoga: A powerful flow of a Vinyasa style class (yang) mixed with the yin of gentle movements and static poses.
Hands-on small adjustments and Aroma Therapy Oils will be used for those who offer to participate. BIA
Hot Yogalates: Synchronized movement focusing on balance, strength and flexibility. BIA
