For reasons of transparency and topicality, as well as for ecological reasons, we have decided to publish this report solely online. 7 Stable conditions agreed on for consortium financing In 2014 for the very first time, to secure our organic growth and our future business projects and purchase plans, we concluded a consortium loan contract with four high-performance partners in the finance branch. The conditions thereby secured for the coming years underline the strength of our balances and provide the Gegenbauer Group with enough leeway for further growth options.
