Water Station 2,3,4,5 - Volunteer Instructions
Thank you for signing up to volunteer at the New Year’s Race! This event would not be possible without the support of
volunteers.
Saturday, December 5th 7:30pm-1am:
Where to Park - Dodger Stadium, Lot 1
1000 Elysian Park Ave.
Los Angeles, CA
You will need to print your parking pass and present it to the Dodger Gate attendant as you enter the lot. Tell them you
are a volunteer for the New Year’s Race.
Directions:
From Sunset, go north on Elysian Park Avenue. Enter the Dodger Stadium Sunset Gate and tell the attendant you are a
New Year’s Race volunteer and show them your parking pass. Park on your left, in Lot 1.
**Please note, you will only be able to enter Dodger Stadium through the Elysian Park entrance. Stadium Way from the
110 freeway will be closed to traffic.
Water Station Location/Check in:
Please arrive on time in order to sign in, receive a volunteer t-shirt, and receive a brief overview of your assignment.
After parking, you will check in with the Water Station Coordinator Matt Maldonado -310-351-9057.
What to wear: Upon checking in at Volunteer Check in, you will receive a black volunteer t-shirt. Please dress warm
with layers and comfortable athletic shoes. For safety reasons, open toe shoes are not acceptable.
