Production description
BILLYTEX BX-B UNDERLAY is a deck composition product, which is composed of silica sand,
cemenl, Natural latex, SBR latex, etc. lt is 3 coating system, as a standard type, which can
be applied for the floor and deck in all ship types. lt also satisfies lM0 FTP code
MSC51(67) Annex 1, parts 2 and 6.
The final coating on the BILLYTEX BX-B UNDERLAY can be vinyl sheet, tile, polyurethane,
epoxy paint, etc.

Installation Steps
Surface preparation:
BILLYTEX BX-B UNDERLAY may be applied
on hard foundations sueh as concrete and
steel, which should be free of dust, greasei
oil, dirt, etc.

approx. '16-24hours, at +18C and max. 50%
relative humidity, however, thg curing time
may be variable upon the thickness of the
applied layer, temperature, relative humidity
and the ventilation of the installed area.
The compound should be completely dry prior
to the
application of dense linish materials,
such as vinyl sheet, stud tile and carpet etc.
