Conditions of entry
Collaborative artists are able to enter, given all participating
artists of the collaborative act within the Conditions of Entry.
Entrants must be residents of the Katherine Region and
be no older than 18 years.
Entries must be the original work of the exhibitor and have been
completed during the 12 months preceding 18 May 2017.
One artwork per entrant may be submitted.
The entrant shall be responsible for all freight charges to and
from the exhibition.
The entrant shall be responsible for all insurance of work whilst
in transit.
All art works must be framed ready for hanging and craft
or sculptural work must be ready for presentation with
instructions if necessary.
Entries must be clearly marked on the back with the title,
artist’s name, age, date of completion and address.
Artists will be placed into categories according to their age.

Description of work:
The judge will be the sole arbiter.
Schools are encouraged to enter.
All entrants shall allow their work to be reproduced by
Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts & Culture Centre and the media
for promotional purposes only.
Any conflict arising out of or in connection with the foregoing
conditions of entry will be decided by the Godinymayin Yijard
Rivers Arts & Culture Centre whose decision shall be final.

Entries must not exceed 1.5m in any direction.
All work must be collected within 7 days of the exhibition
finishing on 2 September 2017. Any uncollected work will be
disposed of in accordance with the NT Disposal of Goods Act.
