Safety Concerns and Work Environment:
Pinstriping requires focus and concentration. In order to give you the best possible work please observe the
following considerations:
Julie needs a warm working environment of at least 70 degrees by the floor, not ceiling- most home garages are
NOT suitable working environments in winter, even if heated.
Please don’t look right over the artists shoulder while she is painting. This makes her nervous.
Please don’t talk to the artist while she is painting. The more focus she has, the better your work will be.
Please offer as quiet a working environment as possible as any startling may affect work quality.
Please offer ventilation as the chemicals in the paint are toxic. No gas/kerosene heaters.
Please do not smoke near artist.
Please no open flame or ignition source; materials highly flammable!
Please remember the paint needs a temperature of 70 – 80 F plus an hour to dry. No touching!
I hereby agree to the pricing and working conditions listed above:

work performed.
AFTER CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Do NOT touch the paint for at LEAST 24 hours, **longer in cold weather, up to 2 weeks or more in winter
(temps below 40 degress).
Do NOT wash paint for at LEAST one week, ** longer in cold weather, up to one month or more in winter
(temps below 40 degress).
DO NOT USE POWER WASH OR MECHANICAL BRUSH CAR WASH – revolving bristles can and
often do remove paint! I will NOT be liable for any paint removed by car washer equipment!
Do NOT wax paint for at LEAST one month, **longer in cold weather, up to two months in winter (temps
below 40 degress). Paint needs to “breathe” while it cures!
Do NOT use power buffer on paint, paint may be removed and I will not be liable for paint removed by power
equipment!

Please note that while Julie is working she does her best work when left alone and allowed to work. Talking
causes her to breathe, which causes her rib cage to expand and contract, which causes her arm that is attached
to move. Moving, even if slight, causes the lines to vary, which is why she likes to not talk while she works, so
she can give you the best possible job :)
Julie does NOT work with customer supplied paint; she is very good at exact color matching if needed. Please
feel free to discuss beforehand any color matching questions or concerns.
Making additional requests or changing original job after job and price has been agreed upon will result in
additional charges.
Upon completion of work it is your responsibility to inspect work performed and bring to Julie’s attention any
issues you may have with the work; any changes will be made at that time if necessary. Please take as long as
you’d like to inspect the work to make sure you don’t miss anything to avoid complications in the future for
both client and artist. Once you have said the job is satisfactory and have paid Julie, after you’ve left the work
premises the job is final, there are no refunds, there are no redos.
