Carnival Cancelled
Due to a lack of interest, the Newman
School carnival has been cancelled! In
order to have a successful carnival, we
count on parent volunteers to help work
and organize the different carnival
booths. Since only a few people
expressed an interest in helping, the PTA
was unable to commit to the carnival. We
are hoping to have a cake walk or other
event in April if parent volunteers are
available.

Our second quarter awards ceremony was
held on January 23rd. The following
