Surfsonix Next Generation HSIA System - Xpress (Surfsonix NG Xpress) is designed for small scale to medium scale networks like Café, Restaurants,
Retails, Healthcare, Campus WiFi, Hospitals, and Hotels & Resorts. It supports 25 to 250 concurrent users in a wireless, wired or hybrid network
infrastructure. Surfsonix NG Xpress supports AAA, Bandwidth Management, Walled Garden, Social Analytics, User Demographics Reports and provides
an in-depth understanding of your customer needs and behavior. Thanks to its flash based storage this fanless appliance is absolutely silent, energy
efficient, insensitive to vibrations as well as free from mechanical and moving parts unlike usual hard disks.

Limited, Unlimited or Fair Usage (throttled) High Speed Internet Access. Customizable billing offers your property complete control over pricing, and
outstanding flexibility in billing to maximize revenues.
Operational areas ranges from all sectors like retail & leisure, hospitality, healthcare, education, travel & transport, marketing and event management.
Surfsonix consists of functional multilingual web-interface. Billing is easy and hassle free. Surfsonix supports various authentication methods like prepaid Internet access cards (similar to prepaid telephone cards), an existing hotel reservation system (PMS), SMS / Email Authentication, Radius
Authentication and Social Media Authentication. Surfsonix Web interface supports the most common languages (English, Arabic, German, Spanish,
French, Italian, etc.).

Surfsonix for Total Control
Our outstanding and cost-efficient solution for every vertical helps our customers provide Limited, Unlimited or Fair Usage (throttled) High Speed
Internet Access to their users. With Surfsonix you are able to generate ‘Internet Tickets’ with temporal and quantitative restrictions for your customers.
You have a username / password combination on the generated tickets, with which your customers have a selected time period of access to the
Internet. On initial access to the Internet the user will be redirected to the landing page to enter the login credentials. The user can either enter the
username/password which he can avail from the nearest information desk or access complimentary internet by signing in to their favorite social media
account. Should the users not be in possession of an Internet Ticket, the users still has the possibility to surf the Internet pages t hat you have
declassified (for example: Hotel Websites, News Sites, etc.), however the users may not access other websites. Access not only includes surfing the web
but also for sending and receiving Emails, VPN connections, Internet chat rooms etc.
True Plug & Play Technology
Surfsonix utilizes plug and play technology to bring ease of use to a new level. This revolutionary connection eliminates the need to reconfigure IP
settings on the laptop or PDA. The network uses the DHCP protocol (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) or TCP/IP protocol to communicate with any
operating system, regardless of proxy or DNS settings. Plug and Play-aware operating systems include all major systems, such as Windows 7, 8, 2000,
XP, Linux, Macintosh, and more. Plug and play connection lets users access the Internet using a PC, laptop, or PDA without adding any new software.
Even if there is any Static IP, Proxy or DNS configured, it is still Plug & Play.

can avail it at any time.

SMS / Email Authentication
Autologon devices are meant to be online automatically without any authentication. Autologon devices can be added
by their MAC address and/or IP address.
Allows you to restrict Internet access for Autologon Devices in certain hours. For example there are 10 Devices added in
Autologon Device out of which 2 belongs to the GM. The system can allow 24 hours Internet access for him. The Rest 8
are employees from other departments who need Internet access without any authentication but only during the lunch
time. We can define the time slots when they can access Internet and when their Internet Access will be denied. Note:
Devices which are connected to the Autologon Device will never get the authentication page which means they can
never authenticate with any other tickets to bypass their denied logon hours. This is the best way to restrict your staffs
from accessing the Guest Internet.
Users can authenticate themselves using Social Media like Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Google Plus and Windows Live.
Property can ask a user to Like/Follow their Social Media Channels or post a message on the user’s timeline.
Self-generate username password by entering Mobile Numbers or Email Address. Username Password will be sent to
the user’s device.
Remember Me
Users need not login again after idle timeout. Automatic re-login of already registered devices.
Data Collector
Collect additional customer information at logon (email, name, etc.) for marketing purpose.
Identify Repeat Users
Surfsonix identifies users that have visited the property before and display welcome message on the Landing Page.

Allow users to complete a survey before accessing the Internet.

Flexible Accounting

FLAT RATE: A flat rate scheme provides access to the Internet for a limited duration (i.e. 6 days) and limited volume.
TIME RATE: Time rate tickets allows user to log off to save the remaining time credit which can be used in the future.
In the recent times guest check in to the hotel with more than one device. A guest can use the same ticket to login to
multiple devices simultaneously using this feature.
