07:00 – Sri Lankan and Maldivian delegates arrive on Flight UA880 at Honolulu International Airport and
are escorted to Hilton Hawaiian Hotel (PACOM, CDR Donahue and SUPSALV, Quinton Ford)
13:00 – Bangladeshi delegates arrive on Flight UA145 at Honolulu International Airport and are escorted
to Hilton Hawaiian Hotel (PACOM, CDR Donahue and SUPSALV, Quinton Ford)
Monday, April 13th
09:30 – Walk from Hilton Hawaiian Village (hotel) to the Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (APCSS)

10:00 – APCSS introduction and facility tour (APCSS, Doris Dyogi)
11:30 – Take vans from APCSS to the Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH)
12:00 – Lunch at Wright Brothers Café & Grill (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
13:00 – Take vans from Wright Brother’s Café to Emergency Ship Salvage Material (ESSM) Base
13:00 – Mobile Diving Salvage Unit One (MDSU 1) and Emergency Ship Salvage Material (ESSM) briefs
and facility tours (SUPSALV, Stephanie Brown)
15:00 – Oil Spill Exercise overview in the ESSM Conference Room (SUPSALV, Stephanie Brown)
15:30 – Take van to return to Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
Tuesday, April 14th
08:00 – Van departs hotel for JBPHH (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
09:30 – Board the Clean Islands Council oil spill response vessel at Alpha 7 dock to observe the
equipment deployment exercise (SUPSALV, Stephanie Brown)
12:00 – Walk to lunch at the Wright Brothers Café (SUPSALV, Stephanie Brown)
13:00 – Walk back to ESSM Base for demonstration and training on the 2 inch - 6 inch Submersible
Hydraulic Pumping System, which is designed for offloading vessels in emergency situations; to include
Lightweight Hot Tap demonstration (SUPSALV, Stephanie Brown)
15:00 – U.S. Army Corps of Engineers brief in the ESSM Conference Room (USACE, Drew Benziger)
16:30 – Take van to return to Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
Wednesday, April 15th
08:00 – Van departs hotel for JBPHH (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
09:00 – Board small boats at Alpha 7 dock for observing the deployment of the High Speed Current
Buster Skimmer system (SUPSALV, Stephanie Brown)
12:00 – Take van to the Navy Exchange for lunch and shopping (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
13:30 – Take van to return to ESSM Base
14:00 – Demonstration and training on the Salvage Support Skimmer System, which includes all
components necessary to support spill response in a salvage scenario (SUPSALV, Stephanie Brown)
16:00 – Take van to return to Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
18:30 – Evening social event and group dinner (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
Thursday, April 16th
09:00 – Van departs hotel for Hawaii Response Center (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
09:30 – Clean Island Council & Marine Spill Response Corporation (MSRC) facility tour and brief at
Hawaii Response Center and brief at Sand Island Emergency Response Center (NAVBASE, Cynthia Pang)
11:45 – Take van from Clean Island Council to U.S. Coast Guard Base
12:00 – Lunch at the U.S. Coast Guard Galley (USCG, JoAnna McFall) *cash only
13:00 – USCG mission brief and tour (USCG, JoAnna McFall and CDR Arex Avanni)
15:30 – Van departs USCG base after delegates change into appropriate uniforms
16:00 – Personnel check in at COMPACFLT Aiea Landing (Boathouse)
16:30 – Board private vessel for tour of the USS ARIZONA Memorial (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
19:00 – Take van to return to Hilton Hawaiian Village hotel (PACOM, CDR Donahue)
Friday, April 17th
09:30 – Sri Lankan and Maldivian delegates depart on Flight UA879 from Honolulu International Airport
to return home (PACOM, CDR Donahue and SUPSALV, Quinton Ford)
23:00 – Bangladeshi delegates depart on Flight UA1730 from Honolulu International Airport to return
