ATTENTION PARENTS OF
Dear College Park Families,
One of my greatest desires as a Principal of
College Park Elementary was to have a
strong, vibrant parent group that would help
us become a close knit community. I am so
pleased and excited to have seen so many
parents attending the PTO meeting and to
have a leadership team of parents who are
coordinating events for our school. They
have many exciting events in the works and
need you to give just an hour or two each
year. If we all work together, we become
closer and the job easier. My sincere
gratitude to the following parents for
stepping up and taking on the work of
leading our parent group:
Sunny Reed: [email protected]
Kirsty Peters: [email protected]
Susan Brown: [email protected]
Courtney Stinnett: [email protected]
Katrina Stovall: [email protected]

Gratefully,
Mrs. Pitman

CPES – OUR SCHOOL READS
On Thursday, students received either The
One and Only Ivan or IVAN – The Remarkable True Story or the Shopping Mall Gorilla
by Katherine Applegate. All classes will be
reading this book and learning about a
number of critical issues. The books were
passed out by our own Gorilla – a costumed
teacher. Please plan to support our
celebration for finishing the book on March
16th.
