HOTEL/AIRPORT TRANSFER
The El Conquistador Resort, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, operates transfer services to and
from Luis Muñoz International Airport using luxury motor coaches. The motor coaches
have been fitted with custom features to enhance guest comfort during the transfer to the
hotel (approximately one hour), such as a work station at the rear to provide cold beverages
to the passengers. A video, with highlights of Puerto Rico and the resort, will also be shown
en route.

Guests should follow signs to the Baggage Claim area, where the transportation staff will
direct arriving passengers to the conveyor belts assigned to their particular flights. If you
need assistance from an Airport Porter at the conveyor belt, those fees or gratuities are your
responsibility. You will then be directed outside to the luxury motor coaches.
Transportation is provided within twenty (20) minutes from arrival at airport check-in.
For your convenience, please notify the hotel's Concierge Desk 48 hours in advance to
reserve your seats on the airport shuttle. In order to provide sufficient time for travel and
airport check-in, the hotel suggests that guests leave the resort three hours prior to their
